Burns White believes in personal relationships with our clients. Our attorneys are hands-on and accessible to you. When you have questions, you can speak directly with the Burns White attorney assigned to your case.
We do not have customer service representatives that operate in a “call tree” without direct contact with your cases. When you call us, you will not get a generic scripted response to your inquiry before it is referred to another representative for more information. Our communication model is based on your direct interaction with the responsible Medicare attorney on your case. All communications may be made via direct telephone line or email to an attorney.
Also, our internal procedure mandates that calls be returned promptly. If the responsible attorney on your case is out of the office, another member of the Burns White legal team will return your call. If we are at lunch or on another call, or if for some other reason you have to leave a message, our turnaround time for returning calls or emails is one (1) business day. So give us a call.
