The Burns White Medicare Compliance Group will be dedicated solely to meet your day to day operational needs. While our normal business hours of operation are 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, EST, we have extended office hours to meet our West Coast client’s needs. In addition to this, the Burns White team, as is the case with all of our staff, is equipped with the latest communication technology (laptop, blackberry, cell phone) to address client needs and questions when they arise after hours. Our internal procedures require a turnaround time of no more than 24 hours or sooner from time of receipt.
