Leesa Rice began her career in workers compensation with NC Farm Bureau in Charlotte, NC, in 1991. As opportunity for growth and advancement presented itself Leesa joined The Hartford in Charlotte, NC as a Senior Claims Representative handling Workers’ Compensation claims until 2001. Based on her solid track record and willingness to learn Leesa transitioned into the sales arena in 2001. Her new responsibilities grew into a leadership position requiring a dual role of directing 15 states and 13 sales reps while growing a sales territory as well.

Leesa understands the importance of delivering value to the customer first and brings over 10 years claims experience along with 10 years sales experience and knowledge to Burns White. Leesa Rice has the willingness to listen and experience to relate to her clients and handle their needs quickly and efficiently simply because as she has been in their shoes.

These traits that Leesa brings to the table have rewarded her the position of Executive Vice President of Medicare Marketing at Burns White, and we are looking forward to her work ethic to continue success at Burns White.
