The Burns White Medicare Operations Department is comprised of a team of nurse allocators, paralegals, medical background specialists, medical record specialists, and scan clerks. We have developed processes specifically tailored to best serve our clients' needs. Once Burns White receives your referral form, our expert team handles the file from beginning to end. Once an MSA file comes in to the attorney, a paralegal will follow up with the client for any missing materials, and then will work to obtain rated ages and commence the benefits verification and lien inquiry processes. Our medical records specialists and background specialists will review and summarize the medical records in preparation for nurse allocator review and allocation. Finally, the responsible attorney will perform the legal review and will apply relevant legal arguments. The completed MSA will then be sent out to our client in an efficient and competitive timeframe. Our standard turnaround time is ten (10) business days, or less.
